Located in the back of the open market just off Fort Hamilton Parkway – The location previously a non-restaurant is converted to create an authentic Vietnamese environment, service and cuisine.  Pho 60 features green colors along with bamboo and grass style designs, small cozy yet open feeling to give it a traditional Vietnam feel when you set inside Brooklyn’s newest Vietnamese eatery.

On the menu is a set of traditional specials including the Summer Rolls and Spring rolls, Vietnamese Pancakes, Rice Cakes and Vietnamese Crispy Chicken.  Vietnamese Salads including Jerky Papaya, Mango and Shrimp.  Hot & Sour Soup made with standard Asian broth and Vietnamese Sandwiches can be had with a wide  selection including the house special Banh Mi Dac Biet. Broken Rice and as well as Vermicelli is available from this restaurant.

Soup come in a few options, Pho Noodle soup (made with Rice Vermicelli) options include Beef Balls, Beef Noodle, Grilled Chicken or the house special.  The restaurant serves more than just “Pho” as a soup, they also feature Special Noodle Soups not necessarily made with the famous broth, these are traditional Vietnamese soup dishes such as Spicy Pork, Shredded Chicken, Hainanese Chicken and a few others.

Pho 60 Does throw in a few traditional dishes from Asian Cuisine in general such as Fried Rice, Specialty dishes such as Chow Fun and Pad Thai and many Angel Hair platters. The restaurant sticks to its roots and most of the menu is authentic Traditional Vietnamese – Although we would love to see the house special Pho served with all parts of the beef including tendon, tripe, brisket and the others.
