Valducci’s, Staten Islands original “Pizza Truck” and Pizzeria restaurant from Eltingville (Current location of Frank & Danny’s) – has opened it’s second Staten Island location – in the new Shoprite of New Dorp.  The restaurants take-out focus gives shoppers the opportunity to pick up right within store – or order delivery through one of the 3rd party apps.

This “Mini-Pizzeria” features a Full Menu, everything from Appetizers including Rice Balls, Baked Clams, Tomato & Mozzerlla, Meatballss as well as House and Caesar Salads are available.  Also a mini selection of Entrees such as Chicken Parm, Eggplant, Sausage & Peppers, Macaroni & Meatballs can be had on top of Pasta dishes such as Penne Vodka, Stuffed Shells and Lasagna.

Round Neopolitan Pizzas include Bee Sting – a Round Pie, loaded with pepperoni & finished with a drizzle of honey.  Meat Lovers Pie, White Pie and Buffalo Chicken is on the menu as well. Square Pies include Traditional Sicilian made with Valducci’s Famous Sauce covered in regular mozzarella.  Big Boy Striper is a Fresh Mozzarella, stripes of delicious fresca sauce, oregana and garlic oil, Pepperoni Madness, Four Cheese Garlic and the “Most Popular” a Square Pie with Fresh Mozzarella First, covered in sauce, topped with grated cheese.

Grand Square Pies, Voted 5 Stars by the Daily News – Thin crust Sicilian, fresh mozzarella on the botttom, then “the sauce” that made Valducci’s famous and topped off with grated cheese. Also on the menu are Made to Order 10 Inch Rolls, Chicken Parm, Eggplant, Meatball, Spinach, Broccoli, Buffalo Chicken and Chicken parm Roll.  Calzones can be had as well as Homemade Garlic Knot sandwiches.

Also available are Pizza Dough, Pizza Sauce, Marinara Sauce and Vodka sauce served by the sides or pints. Desserts include Zeppole, Berry Nutella and Marshmallow Pizza. Valducci’s specializes in Catering and Platters of Heros or Paninis are available as well.
