Grand Opening: Salute comes to West Brighton

Prhyme Steak House is replaced with a new Italian Restaurant Salute.  Bright colors and an authentic Italian menu is featured at Salute.  The restaurant keeps a very similar interior with maybe a few changes from the steakhouse.  It features a projector screen which can possibly make room for a Movie Night.  The bar upon entrance and a dining area is open.

The menu offers various Italian dishes, Beef Carpaccio with Parmesan, Arugula and Hearts of parm, Prosciutto Parm with melon, Baked Clams, Crispy Crab Cakes, Chicken Meatballs, Gratinated Fresh Asparagus all fill the Antipasti Caldo and Antipasti Freddi portion of the menu.   Ribbon Pasta, Whole Wheat Linguini, Bowtie Pasta with Salmon, Potato Gnocchi are all found on the Primi Piatti along with Risotto with assorted wild mushrooms, red wine reduction and Parmesan Cheese.   Or you can go for the Risotto with shrimp, squid, scallops in a light tomato sauce.

Entree’s feature items such as Braised Veal Shank, Veal Chops, Prime Aged New York Shell Steak, Pesce (Fish) include Yellow Fin Tuna, Grilled Atlantic Salmon, Grilled Branzino with Lemon and Pine Nut served alongside Brussels Sprouts and Cherry Tomatoes.
