We have finally spoke to the owner of the new Seaside Restaurant (Replacing the very old Surf Club) on Ocean Ave next to Father Cap.  The place is already fully set-up but they are going through finally pre-opening taste testing and service testing.  The place was actually already full by Friends and Family, but we were not able to take photos yet. 

The listing page is already up for this Restaurant.  Seaside Turkish Restaurant will Open on Friday September 18th.
