The latest Food Network TV episode has displayed Against the Grill partners with somewhat different views of future business.  At the end of the show Staten Island Barbeque has won the idea of the show producers of which restaurant should and could operate profitably in the neighborhood.

S.I.Q is the projected name (based on the show) of the future restaurant from the previous owners of Against Da Grill. We have not confirmed this with owners yet and this article is based on the Food TV network show that was just aired over the weekend.

Chicken and Waffles, BBQ Pork seem to be the main topic and in they both sound great.  Whatever the owners decide, we will be here to post the menu and information of the restaurant.
