New Restaurant Management and Chefs take over the recently opened Sunny Palace on Hylan Blvd.  The restaurants new management offers a similar look with some updates and an updated menu as well.  Dim Sum is on the menu for Weekend Brunch, it’s the ONLY DIM SUM on Staten Island that we are aware of.

The menu is standard Chinese, Lunch specials start at $6 and go up to $7.25 for the Seafood dishes.  The restaurant does display a party menu, $17.95 per person gets you Unlimited Soft Drinks, selection of Soup, Appetizer, Entree, Dessert and Complimentary Tea.    A Cocktail Party Menu includes Open Bar for $10 first first hour, $5 for additional hours, Open Bar is with Premium Brands and music is upon request.
