A new Uzbekistan eatery opens in Bay Ridge, Shohsaroy feature a simple sit down restaurant with a small focused menu on top telling items.  The restaurant states each dish is traditional, authentic and made fresh to order.

The menu features Tandir Dish served family style, it is Beef, Lamb, Chicken Kebabs cooked in a imported Uzbek Tandir and comes with Rice and Fries.  This is a family dish for $47.99.

A La Carte items included Beef Kebab, Chicken Kebab, Uzbek Plov, Somsa a home made Beef & Lamb mix onion in a pastry baked Uzbek Style.  Fried Lagman is on the menu which is their famous noodles fried with Beef and Sweet Peppers & Egg. Lamb Chops & Lula Kebab fill the rest of the menu.

Chicken Tabaka a marinated chicken first boiled and then fried.  The Manti, famous & delicious steamed dumplings made with beef, lamb and onion mix.  Chuchvara are Uzbek version of small dumplings.

Shohsaroy also features a soup selection including Shurpa, Mastava and Lagman soup.
