Grand Opening: Surv Kitchen on the Water

Surv Kitchen and Lounge replaces the Port Atlantic Yacht club located on Ellis street next to the Tiki Island this year.

The restaurant keeps it’s look very similar to the previous, with a change of linens to black and some minor detail touches.  The menu is completely new and includes some interesting items such as Watermelon Radish (Tuscan Kale Salad) made with Compressed Watermelon, Mozzarella, White Balsamic Vinaigrette.

Appetizers such as Shrimp Fritte, Lamb Chorizo Meatballs, Jerk BBQ Ribs are featured on the starters portion as well as a Raw Bar with Oysters going for $13, Dozen Clams with Scotch Bonnet Mignonette going for $15.

Entree’s such as Pork Chops with Black Eyed Peas go for a price of $32, while other entree’s include everything from Scallops to Paella and Beef Short Rib to linguine.
