3 Guys Sushi opens at the original location of The Wild Goose, followed by Indiglo – bringing a new concept and cuisine to the West Brighton area.

Thai, Sushi and a full Japanese menu is what can be had at West Brighton’s newest restaurant.  Opened yesterday (June 12th, 2015), 3 guys is more than a Sushi restaurant – they feature a full Thai selection.  This has been happening a lot lately where restaurants pair two cuisines that can be made from similar kitchen and that’s exactly what’s happened here.

The first part of the menu features your standard Japanese Soups, Salads, Hot Dishes, Cold Dishes, Sushi & Rolls.  The rest of Japanese part is filled with Kitchen Entree’s including Teriyaki dishes such as Seafood made with Scallops, Shrimp and Salmon, Katsu, Noodles and Chef Specials dishes includes Roasted Filet Mignon as well as Roasted Salmon with Asparagus.

The Japanese portion of the menu includes Thai Entree’s and Noodles.  Hot Basil, Thai Garlic and Mango sauces as selection along with Shrimp, Beef, Chicken or Vegetables.
