Bay Street receives a new up-scale yet casual and affordable Italian restaurant serving kitchen entree’s, gourmet pizza’s, unique salads and selection of appetizers in a restaurant and bar style atmosphere.  Errigo’s opens it’s doors just this week and is located next to the Paulie’s pizza in Stapleton.

Please note the photos posted above are not permanent, just a quick grand opening glimpse.  Errigo’s features restaurant bar in the main area as well as a backyard patio with multiple seating areas and a wood fire style chimney in the center – giving the atmosphere an extremely cozy comfortable feel.

The menu featuring items such like the Pork Chop with Hot and Sweet cherry peppers, ribeye with spiced rubbed and sauteed onions, Chicken Carciofo made with artichoke hearts, onions in a lemon garlic sauce.  Specialty Pies include “The Pear” with mozzarella, kalamata olives, capers, artichoke hearts, red onion and topped with fresh arugula, prosciutto and shaved pecorino romano goes for $15, while the Clam Pie made with Little Neck clams can be had for $14.

Lunch and Dinner is served at Staten Islands newest restaurant.  Lunch selections include entrees for $9, Pasta for $7, Personal Pie’s from $10 to $16 and salads, heroes and appetizers.
