The location of Buddha Lounge in Charleston is finally re-opened for business, with a creative custom chef inspired menu by Staten Island’s chef Frank Bilotti.  East Meets West is the cuisine, a mix of Italian and Asian Fusion.  It’s a place to find custom chef prepared Sushi Rolls such as the Angry Eva, a Shrimp Tempura roll made with Spicy Tuna, Avocado, Wrapped in a soy paper and topped with Crab and Eel Sauce.  As well as a Tamari Chicken Marsala made with Shitaki and Portobello Mushrooms.

We list this restaurant under “Continental Cuisine” but it fits well under Asian as well. The restaurant is circular, featuring a sushi bar on one side, a bar on the other as well as dining tables positioned around on each side.  Outdoor dining will also be available with from both sides.  We were not able to take good photos yet but will be updating them shortly.
