Staten Island’s newest Pizza Spot; is not just a “Pizza Spot”.  It’s a Pizza Parlor and it’s finally opened in the heart of Annadale Town right next to the Play Sports Bar & Grill.   The “Pizza Parlor” is just what the name states and the definition reads it as a place to hang out, pass some time and hang out with some friends.  The feel of this newest pizza shop is casual, backyard style relax.  The restaurant has a welcome feeling of being able to come by during the hot summer days after the pool.  The casual welcoming feel is great and the menu looks even better.

The Slogan “Pizza and Burgers”, the restaurant actually serves a lot more.  The entire menu has a very unique touch, the basics pizzas are there, Specialty pie’s such as the Fresca made with Fresh Tomatoes, provolone, Portobello mushrooms, artichoke hearts and spinach can be had along with the Clam Pie or the Melanzane pizza.  Selection of White Pie’s including the Greek God, a Notorious F.I.G and Hail Ceasar pie is on the menu as well.  Even serving up Thin Crust Square Pies and thick Pan Pies until you reach the “Traditional NY Style Pizza” where Staten Islands newest pizzeria is including Gluten Free as an option.

The fun and creativity begins since picking up the menu, but as you continue through the Starters Selection, the restaurant continues with introducing new items such as Italian Egg Rolls to the neighborhood, it’s made with Sausage, Brocoli Rabe, Roasted Peppers, Arborio Rice.  Other starters include Fried Calamari with Cherry Peppers, Spicy Sausage & Pepper Egg Rolls, Chicken Parm Mac & Cheese, 4 Cheese Smoked Mac & Cheese, Grandmas Meatballs, Pot of Sauteed Clams & Mussels, Mama’s Rice Balls and Parlor Knots.

As you flip to the next page, Gourmet Burgers sit at the top with classics Angus Beef to the 86′ Caddy a burger made with Mortadello, Cappicola, Salami, Provolone and Olive Bread served on Brioche.  The section is followed by Garlic Knot Sliders to the Wings availalbe in Boneless or Jumbo with a selection of Homemade Sauce.   Large selection of Panini’s and Freshly Baked Heroes are available.  Special Heroes include the Smoke Show a chicken cutlet sandwich topped with Prosciutto, Broccoli Rabe and Smoked Mozzarella with a balsamic glaze.  Other options include the Big Paulie, The Godfather, Twisted, Paisonos and many others.  Classic Heroes include the regular Chicken Francese and Marsala alongside the highlighted sandwich Grilled Chicken with Broccoli Rabe topped with Fresh Mozz and Balsamic Glaze.

The selection do not end there.  The Pizza parlor really created a menu with an option for everyone and every mood.  Salads and Wraps and even Imported Pasta options.  The standard Pizza Classics are availalbe as well including Entree’s, Sides, Calzones and Rolls, Homemade Soups,Vegetables and Desserts.
