A new NOT Wing Shop opens in Fox Hills/Stapleton, it’s actually a full Chinese Restaurant under the name of Wing Express.  The restaurant does feature ‘Wings’ on the menu, but it sure is not a focus – although you will find a large collection of Special Wings with lots of sauce variations such as Chinese Wings without Flour to Super Spicy Wings, we’ll get to that in a second.

Wing Express does feature a few dining in tables and offers take-out, but does not offer delivery at this time, but this of course may change in the future, especially on Staten Island.  The menu is straight forward Chinese with a few changes such as Angel Hair pasta (Mei Fun), and Ho Fun Flat Noodles.  Lunch Specials are $5.50, Special Combo platters are $7.50 and Chef Special dishes include the standard Mongolian Beef, Hot spicy baby shrimp, and a few others.

Seafood selection option include Fried Jumbo Shrimp served with Shrimp Fried Rice or French Fries, Fried Tilapia options are available.  Party Trays and the Wings.  Appetizers or Bulk, 6pcs, 12pcs, 25pcs or 50pc wings.  Sauces such as Teriyaki Lemon Peppers, Buffalo Lemon, Honey Cajun, Honey Chipotle, Garlic Parmesan, Honey Lemon, Bourbon Wings, Garlic Butter, ranch, Sweet Chili, Cajun, Honey Mustard, Super Spicy, Sesame, BBQ, Lemon, Honey Wings and the regular.
